blenderGaLF Overview

The blenderGaLF is the core GaLF nanobubble technology in its most flexible form. It delivers the same high-concentration ultrafine bubble performance as the GaLF series, but without a pump or PLC - so your control system runs the process, not ours.

That matters for researchers who need precise control over every process variable, and for engineers integrating nanobubble generation into existing systems with their own control logic. The blenderGaLF does not impose factory settings or operating limits. You define the operating parameters.

The unit is built from SUS304 or SUS316 stainless steel and handles all gases, including corrosive ozone and hydrogen. It ships as a mixing box, venturi, and nozzle. Pump, sensors, valves, and piping are specified and installed by you.

Available in three sizes: 17, 100, and 200 liters per minute.
